    I ordered Jackets for my daughter for Christmas 2022. My order was placed December 2, 2022. Today is January 18, 2023 and I haven't recieved my parcel. I've been contacting Noize every day since and I've asked for my $300 back but I think they might be giving me the run around, since Canada Post told me my parcel is obviously lost. I am so upset about the whole thing. How long is this suppose to go on?

    i am very upset, this company seems like they take peoples money. i will take this matter further, i placed an order in cad$ retunred the order and they gave me agift card in usd$ when they return policy says they would return back with the same method of payment. now i want to use it and guess what they take the gift card in cad whcih is suppose to be usd, so i loose out and now i contact them and just like that, no reply via emails or calls and now the card disappered and says expired, what the hell!!!!

    I am very upset too. I was charged double for a jacket that is a XS and I specifically contacted support and told them I needed a LARGE. they still sent me the XS and charged me over 400 dollars
